Located in picturesque Boise Idaho, VIBRAPRO manufacturing has been responding to the needs of the timber, casting, and recycling industries since 1983. Our mission has always been to produce the most reliable and efficient linear vibrating screen equipment in the industry. We employ some of the finest tradesmen that take pride in ensuring that the VIBRAPRO name is synonymous with quality.
VIBRAPRO opened its doors in 1983 in Boise, Idaho. It was established to provide vibratory equipment for the forest industry. Around 2017, VIBRAPRO was acquired as part of a larger manufacturer of turn-key lumber mill equipment, it soon grew both in reputation and productivity, delivering over 2,000 vibratory conveyor units.
2024 ushered in a second change in ownership, with a rebirth in purpose. VIBRAPRO was acquired by Floyd Holdings. Understanding the potential of adding a vibrating conveyor manufacturing facility to its bulk handling line, allows expanding its footprint into additional markets.
In January 2024, VIBRAPRO was acquired by Floyd Holdings, the parent company of Biomass Engineering and Equipment. BE&E is a leader in the biomass bulk handling sector.
Dane Floyd, CEO of Floyd Holdings saw the perfect opportunity for VIBRAPRO to add its expertise and offering to a growing product line. VIBRAPRO's vibratory equipment line is the logical addition to BE&E's SMART Conveyor bulk handling system. Combining integration with a full line of products allows VIBRAPRO to develop new markets and respond to customer needs for solutions.
No matter what you call it, we make it. Vibratory conveyors are widely utilized for various applications, such as screening, classification, moisture removal, and general point-to-point conveying. These conveyors play a crucial role in transporting fine to coarse-grained bulk materials, and their resistance to congestion ensures unhindered operation.
A typical application of vibratory conveyors in the wood-products industry is feeding residual wood to chippers. They’re also commonly employed to transport unscreened bulk materials like wood chips to boilers. The ability to compensate for volume fluctuations and feed materials evenly and continuously downstream makes them a versatile solution.
At VIBRAPRO, we are always looking to talk to potential candidates.
